Let your hard work show through!
Designed for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners who appreciate subtle progress markers, our innovative Transition Belts reveal the next rank over time as the outer color wears down—starting, for example, as white and gradually exposing blue beneath.
Constructed from durable 100% cotton, these belts are built for everyday training and hold up under pressure. They tie easily, stay secure, and break in naturally over time. The fading rank concept offers a visual reminder that improvement is constant, even before promotion day.
- Adult BJJ Belt with progressive fading design
- Available in four transitions:
- White to Blue
- Blue to Purple
- Purple to Brown
- Brown to Black
- 100% cotton construction with reinforced stitching
- Standard width, weight, and thickness for adult BJJ ranks
- Available in A0 to A7
These belts are legal for competition, but keep in mind IBJJF does not allow any belt that has visible wear.

Let Your Hard Work Show.
Our Transition Belts fade from one rank to the next. Because let's face it, you’re going to wear your belt down either way.
Might as well wear one that shows where you’re headed.

Pretty cool to see the work I’ve put into my training! Three years in as white belt and I’m excited to see my new one turn purple! An additional benefit is that my teammates actually wash their belts…. ;)
Great belt! Holds up through hard rolls and competition matches.
I love these belts, they allow me to register how much I have trained since receiving the belt
I love these belts and refuse to get a different kind! It’s so nice that my belt progresses in color as I progress in skill! It’s a great visual as you continue your jiu jitsu journey!
These belts are seriously so cool. The way you start to literally see where your hard work is going to take you is such a motivator! It’s a great way to see the payoff of training and staying consistent. Wouldn’t want any other belt. All the stars! And the thumbs up! Get you one!
This belt was issued to me when I started BJJ, and I didn't know it was a transitions belt at the time. I didn't understand what that really meant. I've been training for about two years now, andI'm starting to see the blue bleed through around the edges. The belt itself is made wonderfully, and it's so cool to see the hope of blue belt around the corner. Highly recommend!
Super cool and always love seeing my teammates progress regardless of their belt level by way of these belts. It takes a-LOT of time and effort to remotely decent at Jiu Jitsu, and I love that these belts tell the story of the various journeys!
These belts are awesome! Watching the color fade into your next rank really shows you how much work you’ve put in, and motivates you to keep pushing to achieve your next belt. Definitely another cool way of showing off your progress!
I love these belts! It was exciting and validating to have a visual representation of my hours put in!
Transition belts are a great way to show your dedication and discipline on the mat. Although I’m still a white belt, I know for certain that with time, my transition belt will fade to black symbolizing patience and knowledge!
